Shipping Rates
Imagination Design Studio normally ships orders via USPS or UPS, with shipping charges calculated based on the combined weight of your order. 

Processing Times
We do our very best to package and ship in-stock orders within 3 business days. Occasionally, there may be times when we are unable to process orders within our normal timeframe. When this happens, a notice will be posted on our website.

If there is an unexpected delay or issue that affects the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Supplier-Shipped Items
Some products available through Imagination Design Studio are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers. Delivery times for these items may vary.

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Items fulfilled by GE Designs typically ship within 2 business days, while items from The Fabric Company may take 10–12 business days. EasyOptionXY and Books by splitShops each have their own shipping policies. We are not responsible for orders shipped from these companies but if you do have issues, we will do our best to help you with any issues.

If your order includes products from more than one supplier—or a combination of supplier-shipped products and items shipped directly from Imagination Design Studio—your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

One thing I would consider changing: instead of saying “Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days,” you might say “Please allow up to 7–12 business days for delivery of supplier-shipped items.” As currently written, it could make customers think even the printed patterns you have on hand take 7–12 business days to arrive.
